Service Description
The evil king has stashed his horde in the dungeon, tightly secured behind steel bars, but still visible enough to tease all who are locked up. You have been imprisoned in the depths of the dungeon and make a deal with your cellmates to escape, steal the treasure, and split the booty. The time is ticking for you and your newfound friends to enact your plan and succeed. Dead men tell no tales... Suitable for ages 13+, Children under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Level of Difficulty: Medium. Challenging brain puzzles with some physical puzzles. Escape Rate: 80% Cost: $70 for 2 players. Each additional player is $20 (Max 6 people) $50 Deposit due at time of booking. Prices include 5% GST. Any discounts will be applied at time of check in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation / Reschedule policies: Escape Room: 24 hours notice for full refund. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your booking time. If you arrive after your booking time, we will do our best to accommodate you; no refunds for missed bookings or late cancellation / reschedules. Birthday Party: 14 days cancellation/reschedule notice for a full refund of your deposit. Please contact us at retrooasisyyc@gmail.com or 403-995-0427 to cancel or reschedule. No Shows = No Refund. Damage to escape rooms or party room may result in additional charges.
