Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation / Reschedule policies:

Escape Room: 24 hours notice of cancellation/reschedule for full refund. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your booking time. If you arrive after your booking time, we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

We ask that an adult be present for any escape rooms that have any players under the age of 12. If children under 12 arrive for their booking without an adult present, the booking will be cancelled without refund. 

Birthday Party: 14 days cancellation/reschedule notice for a full refund of your deposit.

NO REFUNDS for missed bookings or late cancellation / reschedules.

Please contact us at retrooasisyyc@gmail.com or 403-995-0427 to cancel or reschedule. No Shows = No Refund.  

Damage to escape rooms or party room may result in additional charges.
