Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies: Escape Room: 24 hours notice for full refund. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your booking time. If you arrive after your booking time, we will do our best to accommodate you, however, your booking may need to be rescheduled; no refunds for missed bookings. Birthday Party: 14 days cancellation/reschedule notice for a full refund of your deposit. Please contact us at retrooasisyyc@gmail.com or 403-995-0427 to cancel or reschedule. No Shows = No Refund. Damage to escape rooms or party room may result in additional charges.
